(Team of two)

I teamed up with my friend Drakir once again for the 2020 Epic MegaJam. The result is an unconventional platformer where the player guides Tim through a series of obstacles with a core tension at the heart of every moment: move too quickly and nasty surprises will catch you off guard, but move too carefully and you won’t stand a chance when push comes to shove.

My Role in the Team

We brainstormed the game design together. Drakir handled all programming, while I was responsible for sound design and music.

Sound and Music

Every sound in the game was synthesized from scratch in Reason, with no pre-recorded or stock assets used. The music dynamically changes based on the player’s progression through the game, reinforcing the tension between speed and caution that defines the core experience.
